Description This course explores key risk management issues related to disclosures and due diligence. It covers the risks you face when you fail to make required disclosures to clients and customers\, seller disclosure obligations under common law and Arizona statutes\, as well as buyer disclosure requirements. The course also examines how the Buyer Advisory supports buyers during the due diligence process and highlights the risks associated with failing to complete necessary inspections and investigations. You will leave the class knowing: How to avoid risks associated with failing to make the required disclosures to clients and non-clients. Identify required seller disclosures as required by common law and Arizona statute. Identify items required to be disclosed by buyers in a transaction. Understand how the Buyer Advisory can reduce liability. Avoid risks associated with inspections and investigations.
